Statement Of Faith

We believe the Bible is the inspired, inerrant, and authoritative Word of God and the final authority for faith and practice. (2 Timothy 3:16–17; 2 Peter 1:20–21)

We believe in one God, eternally existing in three Persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. (Deuteronomy 6:4; Matthew 28:19)

We believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, born of a virgin, fully God and fully man, who lived a sinless life, died for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, ascended into Heaven, and will return again. (John 1:1,14; Isaiah 7:14; 1 Corinthians 15:3–4; Acts 1:11)

We believe the Holy Spirit convicts the world of sin, regenerates believers, indwells and seals them at salvation, and empowers them to live godly lives. (John 16:8; Titus 3:5; Ephesians 1:13–14)

We believe all people are sinners by nature and choice and are unable to save themselves apart from God’s grace. (Romans 3:23; Romans 5:12)

We believe salvation is by grace alone through faith alone in Jesus Christ alone, apart from works. (Ephesians 2:8–9; Romans 10:9–13)

We believe all who truly trust in Christ are eternally secure in Him. (John 10:28–29; Romans 8:38–39)

We believe the local church is God’s plan for evangelism, discipleship, worship, and fellowship. (Acts 2:41–47; Matthew 28:19–20)

We believe in believer’s baptism by immersion and the Lord’s Supper as ordinances of the local church. (Romans 6:3–5; 1 Corinthians 11:23–26)

We believe marriage is ordained by God between one man and one woman, and that human life is sacred from conception. (Genesis 2:24; Psalm 139:13–16)

We believe in the bodily return of Christ, the resurrection of the saved and lost, eternal life for believers in Heaven, and eternal separation from God for unbelievers. (1 Thessalonians 4:16–17; Revelation 20:11–15)
